The Uninvited
The Uninvited is a horror-comedy series about a group of Jewish friends who find themselves possessed by dybbuks—restless spirits with stories they never got the chance to finish. Things quickly descend into supernatural chaos as the past comes crashing into the present. Blending Jewish folklore with horror, comedy, and moments of heightened theatricality, the series explores what happens when history refuses to stay silent, and what our ancestors might still have to say about the lives we’re living today.
Brian Rosenthal is a Los Angeles-based writer, producer, and performer whose work includes Spies Are Forever (LA, West End concert), Solve It Squad (Off-Broadway, Edinburgh Fringe), Gross Prophets (LA, NYC, Australia), and the digital series and narrative podcast Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye. He is the creator of Make The Damn Show, a producing toolkit for independent theatre makers, and a founding member of Tin Can Bros and StarKid Productions. His work spans stage, screen, and digital media, including more than 200 sketches and short films on YouTube.
