Jamie Denbo

Jamie Denbo is a lifelong comedian and occasional professional screenwriter/producer/playwright/actor. Her newest mission is for her alter ego “Beverly Ginsberg” to bring about generational harmony and global peace through love, laughter, inappropriate behavior and podcasting. (And if you know any single men for her least favorite daughter – the one with the eating problem – let her know!)

Vi “SnappyDragon”

V (she/her) of the YouTube channel SnappyDragon, is a dressmaker, public historian, and videographer who explores the social realities of the past and present through fashion history. Her videos use everything from sewing techniques to TikTok trends and popular media to break down historical misconceptions and discuss topics such as representation, Jewish history, and disability justice.

Alex Mann

Alex Mann is a writer-director and the founder of Space Oddity, a next-gen content studio backed by Snap Inc. Mann has written feature films for several A-list production companies, including Platinum Dunes and Thunder Road Films. Mann’s short films have accumulated over a billion views and been featured by CNN, The Los Angeles Times and New York Magazine. He’s directed branded content for Netflix, TikTok, Amazon, Verizon and Honda. Outside of filmmaking, Mann is a contributing writer for VICE and The New Yorker. Mann is represented by Paradigm Talent Agency and The Gotham Group.

Micah O’Konis + Marnina Schon

Micah O’Konis (they/he) and Marnina Schon (she/her) are a real-life couple who create sketch comedy together as Couplet and #NotARabbi. They wrote and performed the award-winning musical comedy More Guns! which ran for two years at Second City and toured to San Francisco. Marnina has also performed as an actor on stage with South Coast Rep, Center Theater Group, Berkeley Rep, and Story Pirates, as well as on screen in the upcoming series Chanshi with Henry Winkler, while Micah writes sketches at Upright Citizen’s Brigade, scores films, and releases music as Lookalike (feat. Marnina on violin and vocals).

Josh Burstein

Josh Burstein is a standup comedian and journalist. A digital strategist who produced content for the Obama Administration and Biden campaigns, Josh works at the intersection of impact, education, and entertainment.

Hanna Anderson + Mollie Biskar

Mollie and Hanna have always told stories, both independently and as a team, that are authentic, empowering, and often about outspoken women. They collaborate on “The Dating Detectives” podcast.

Alex Aciman

Alexander Aciman is a journalist and screenwriter, who has written about food and family recipes for Tablet, and currently works for The New York Times/Wirecutter, and has worked on the food documentary series Rotten, for Netflix.

Alexandra Zahav

Alexandra Zahav is an actor, writer, director. She judges the top screenwriting competitions and coaches screenwriters, as well as facilitates Jewish spiritual dance workshops. She has spent over a decade focused on seeking knowledge and understanding of self, others, and God, and chasing ever-elusive wisdom.

Alex Salsberg

Alex Salsberg is an independent animation director who loves telling stories through funny, weird and heartfelt cartoons. Alex has directed videos for Billy Ray Cyrus and Utkarsh Ambudkar, and has worked on projects for MTV, Nickelodeon and WGBH. He is also co-writer and director of the award-winning comedy short “Class of 84,” about a Jewish family facing anxiety and mortality, and host of “I Loved This Conversation,” a podcast about people living creative lives.

Jeremy Shuback

Jeremy Shuback is a video journalist whose work appears on channels ranging from the Wall Street Journal to Johnny Harris. As a writer, editor, and director, he’s helped create hundreds of videos, many with millions of views. Somewhere along the way he got obsessed with history, and now spends his free time making YouTube videos about esoteric minutiae from hundreds of years ago.
