Bardanashvili is an award-winning multimedia supervising producer and event strategist, currently overseeing events and donor recognition at JDC. Estee specializes in creating bespoke events and experiences on global scale – virtual to live – and consults on international; multimedia projects from animations and documentaries to therapeutic live-action role play and games. And as an award-winning supervising producer has an extensive portfolio of creating impactful, mission-driven, multimedia series for Sesame Workshop across the globe –from Afghanistan to Ukraine, credited with production of content for humanitarian response, social impact, educational, experiential, and cross-platform entertainment content for children and adults. She leads diverse teams in producing bespoke experiences, TV series, digital media content, documentaries and live events, while her work in early childhood development and humanitarian response reaches millions worldwide.

Estee is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, mentors kids media professionals at CMA, and judges at various international media festivals. Her past experience includes creative development and production of the first 10 seasons of the acclaimed Ahlan Simsim initiative (MENA region), production and project management of Baghch-e-Simsim TV, Radio and Outreach series (Afghanistan), produced Welcome Sesame initiative in Ukraine, and the multi-platform award-winning series of Sesamstrasse (Germany) and Sesamstraat (The Netherlands). Estee has led creative development, production and partner workshops, as well as capacity building on numerous international adaptations of Sesame Street (Denmark, Russia, Kosovo, France, Israel/Jordan/Palestine, and Latin America) and contributed to the creation of the first international version of the Play With Me Sesame series as well as creative development of the Sesame Global Animated Series.

Originally from the Republic of Georgia, Estee holds degrees in New Media and Economics. And prior to moving to the US as a teen, she studied Fashion Design and Classical Piano in the Republic of Georgia and Russia.
